LONG DISTANCE POND FISHING!

Spent a couple of hours at Singapore's most frequented stocked pond for some light satwater action with lures. The pond is huge and distance is key to finding fish that are well spread out. Here's what we caught...

First blood courtesy of the loud rattling DUO Realis Vibe...

Its a Golden Snapper, and a decent one too...

Prospecting the edges with an ultralight outfit can be major fun too, given the size of the fishes in the pond...

This Barramundi fell for a twitched IMA Trip 66 lipless pencil worked with the Major Craft MS-X UL Spin rod...

We start to find the Barras out wide courtesy of the long Major Craft Skyroad Wind special rod...

It took an IMA Koume 70 lipless vibe...

Within another cast we find another Koume 70 victim...

Golden Snappers are always a welcome change...

The bigger IMA Koume 80 secures this one...

An IMA Bita 80SR spun on the sides found this ambushing Barra...

As night fell the loud calling vibrations of the Jackall TN50 did the trick on the last Barra of the day...
