ALL JIGGED OUT!

Here's a report from some friends who did a jig trip recently on the West Coast. Great to see the jigging scene healthy and producing on a consistent basis. Credit to Ben for contributing the pictures. Enjoy...

Great weather blessed the trip. And great sunsets too...

Nice Fingermark Snapper on Evergreen Caprice jig...

Another Fingermark on Shout! Shab Shab jig worked with Majorcraft Giant Killing jig rod...

Evergreen Caprice jig hits again, this time a hard fighting Giant Trev...

Majorcraft Offblow given a thorough work out courtesy of this Mack Tuna on the Tacko jig...

Tacko scores again with another nice GT. Evergreen Poseidon Spin Jerker rod at work...

More Mack Tuna action with this one on the Geecrack Long Gun jig...

The fantastic Shout! Flash jig never disappoints with the Golden Snappers...

Geecrack Long Gun with another nice Goldie...

Shout! Flash eating Mack Tuna...

Trophy of the trip in the form of this nice Estuary Cod which took a Shout! Shab Shab jig...

The Shab Shab is synonymous with catches like these...

The demersals where on fire. Here's another whopper of a Goldie...

The Shout! Strobe jig works its stellar magic...

No shortage of good food on board...

A Slender Queenfish. These guys are suckers for small jigs like this Jackson Gallop...

Big Estuary Cods make their appearance. Another great fish...

Shout! Width jig works its charm on this one...

Here's a big bruiser Cobia on the Shout! Flash jig and Majorcraft Alexander jig rod combo...

The Evergreen Poseidon rod is too tough for this small GT which took a Shout! Shab Shab jig...

The above-mentioned outfit accounts for this nice Cobia too...

Another GT comes aboard courtesy of a Shout! Flash jig and the Majorcraft Offblow jig rod...

A smaller Cobia, but a good one none the less...

The Geecrack Long Gun jigs scores again with another nice GT. Majorcraft Alexander jig rod does a good job...

A rare capture. An African Pompano which took an IMA Ro jig...

Meanwhile the smaller IMA Gun Peki is a fave for Longfin Trevallies...

And accounts for this hard fighting Queenfish as well...

The trip is capped off by this Basslet, again on the IMA Gun Peki jig...
